I am seeing alot of people with the MQ/PQ and some with the V1 but not all. Seems that people got called within a few days of the window opening and I assume this round of people have been chosen. Would be interesting to know what the people who were called had on their application status. Also, when does this window close?

I'm fairly sure they do rounds, the first round already went out. The next round will go out whenever they see fit, but there will be more from this window.

It seems they send a mass blast out to selected candidates all at once. Not individual single calls/emails at a time.

Makes sense. I am one of those with the V1 on my application status - information request page and it is the first time I have had one out of 5 apps on file. I am not a vet, nor do I have any close contacts at JB.

I also have a V1 on my "requests for information" section, I'm neither a Vet or have an internal req from a jetBlue employee. Hopefully its a good sign, we shall see soon enough.

Depends on who you interview with. I'm in the same boat as you except failures were 25 years ago. LGB CP went after it immediately.
Never even got to the "so tell us about yourself" part. He frowned on being unemployed as well. I have a total of three gaps in employment, all of which were explained to deaf ears.

Good luck

I put my name in the hat as well (first time). I also got MQ/PQ v1 (veteran with no internal LORs). Application was submitted on the 11th, so far no email. Not feeling very hopeful.

Good luck to everyone.

Exactly the same as the above... no joy thus far. We shall see!

We just need a contract that can earn FO's a decent wage.
Just curious if the rumors of buying Frontier seem to have merit. I'm currently at Frontier and received the offer to interview at JB. I'd like to make the move, but hoping that it doesn't mean I would reset my seniority for no reason in like 2 years.

Does anyone know how long between the phone screen and an interview invite? I'm a little over 2 weeks since the phone screen and am waiting to hear further

The rumor may or may not be true. We certainly don't know. I've been in the airline industry for 27 years and flying for 31. In that time I'd say that rumors turn out to be false about 98% of the time.
