How much does the assessment test wights over all interview ?

At this time, nothing. The purpose of it is to help them filter applications for their supermarket clerk -to-pilot program.

The timing varies. In my interview group some people got the Phase II complete email weeks before others.

I received the Phase 2 email yesterday after interviewing on the morning of 10/6, couldn't be more excited! Got a total of 3 emails. One stating the Phase 2 process, one with a link for me to input my date of birth and SSN, and one stating my right to correct inaccurate information. I know I should be expecting one from GIS regarding the background check as well. Has anyone received this one yet or have any idea how long it typically takes to come? I know it's the weekend so I shouldn't be expecting anything until at least Monday. (The spam folder is checked as frequently as the inbox.)
