Interviewed on the 7th. Still in background checks. I received the drug screening form in the mail but were we supposed to receive other papers?

The next day. But I've heard that that is not necessarily the norm, ranging anywhere up to a couple of weeks.

In the interview packet there is a self disclosure form that asks if there is anything in your driving record that could negatively effect your candidacy, yes or no. Would a speeding ticket 4 years ago be something to list? Or is this just for a DUI, and reckless op? Not sure how to answer for a speeding ticket.
