Anyone with the long app that they send you...in the background check section, it asks Have you ever pled guilty, blah blah to any felony misdemeanor, and/or traffic violation/s within the past 10 years...if I understand this correctly, I need to put in for speeding tickets? I have 2 that were both 5+ years ago. Or is this asking something that resulted in an arrest, etc?

During the phone call, my failure came up in the laundry list of required questions and she couldn't schedule the interview until I had sent her the typed up training failure addendum that she immediately forwarded to me. I sent it back within 30 minutes and then called back the next day to confirm receipt and she said I had been cleared to interview and offered me the next available time. Also had to explain the failure again at interview. They said 1-2 weeks before they notify whether you move on to next phase.

Any traffic violations. Not just speeding tickets. I found it best to just disclose everything. But I called and asked when I filled mine out and was told speeding tickets, etc do count.
