How so? Insurance that still has a deductible? One day off after a pairing?? No tie with our peer group for raises? No scope? Surely you didn't read what I read.

Perhaps not, I'm still quite new to the TA stuff. I learn from y'all as time goes on. I appreciate the insight.

Spirit has better work rules and ALG has better pay now? Hoping we get some decent improvements and hope it happens soon and not 5 years down the road. The pay is good(except first year pay), but the work rules are slightly lacking. A regional shouldn't have better work rules than a major.

Allegiant doesn't have anything the vote hasn't even happened yet & it's not going to be a slam-dunk "yes" in all liklihood.

Not sure how much deadheading they do, but 100% DH pay is industry standard. Anything less should be a no vote in this environment.

Work rules are more important than pay rates. All that matters is QOL and your W2 at the end of the year.

I feel the rates are lacking as well. It's not even what united has today in five years. And United will snap up to deltas new contract and then renegotiate in 2019 while allegiant is stuck with this til 2021 if it passes. And that's just rates.

I don't think we will see a TA for years. I really hope I am wrong. Has anyone heard reliable information lately from the union on when they expect to be done?

There is no expected fish date that is public. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lieing. Things are slowing down and that was expected. Per the last emails from jbalpa we had hoped things would be progressing faster.
