Um with our IROPS it would be the standard uniform there.

Today marks the 22nd day in a row the east coast reserve assignments have been late. If you're applying here and plan to commute to reserve (with the lack of upgrades and growth, plan for over a year on reserve), don't plan on getting your next day RAP assignment at a reasonable time.

Some poor saps are going to find out at 1330 today that they're going on call at 0300 instead of the PM they bid for. Better figure out how to get to base in time to be rested for that 3am phone call! (Or you could just follow Paul's instructions and plan your commute accordingly. Who doesn't love commuting up early just in case you get tagged with an early RAP on the late DRO?!)

The Core Values in action. The company is so Caring about your personal life and rest opportunities that they have zero Integrity with publishing the reserve assignments by the deadline set forth in their FSM, but because we have culture they know you don't mind being disrespected and inconvenienced because you have so much Passion for JetBlue and it's so Fun to get compensated 30-40% less than your peers while being jerked around every day for weeks!

22 days in a row. Just keeps getting better...

Even if the DRO is on time it's still a terrible way to do things. There should be some sort of bidding process for call out times. None of this day before at noonish call out time assignment. It's by far the worst reserve rule we have. I really hope it's not in the CBA.

I got a 0300 assignment in a 4 day silo. I called and said " U know ur going to give me a 1 day to JFK." Response: "No, well maybe".

5 1-days on rsv. The DRO = Throwing darts at names.

I said, "Will my 0300 stick?" (It was 1100 the day prior) Response: "Up until 1200 it could change, according to the FSM"

Making the rules work for them!!

We should all start filling out grievances or something??? The way they run reserve is by far awful.

Now see I like the 240am time on day one of 6
Or when the DRO does not match flica.

The funny thing is durning one union meeting they said the head of scheduling had been easy to work with trying to get the scheduling section done. I can't wait for back and white rules so we can stop with this DRO BS and all the other stuff they pull.
