You get an 8% raise and give up 5% in profit sharing...Your success or failure will effect us all. Piloting should be a fixed cost but management always tries to make it a variable one...a race to the bottom. I threw grenades at our pilot force and Alpa when we needed them...I rode Southwest pilots hard until they got a good contract...You are ground zero now...I bust your balls because your fate is our fate...

BS.

I guess we should have voted no on the "payraise" what would that have done for us? They were taking away PS one way or the other so yeah lets forget the money and also get rid of the PS. I am sure that's what you would do right? Easy when you are not here and even better posting on the internet. You said some pretty rude crap in the other thread and now you are trying to say it's tough love. I doubt it.
But you are correct your fate is our fate so maybe instead of being a jerk you could be more constructive? Just like these guys screaming about how much JetBlue sucks and not to come here. People just stop listening it would be better to simply put your great(I mean that) CBA next to our PEA and say any questions?

I see a lack of respect (or lack of fear) from your management...they have never dealt with a militant pilot force...it's time you guys sharpen your spears...I suggest a picketing event with 1000+ pilots on Wall Street...

Gotta be honest here Beebs, you're clueless as to where we're at in negotiations and sounds like clueless as to how the entire process works.

I've been through several contract negotiations in my day...they are not fun... but a motivated management AND a motivated ALPA could put together a contract in under 2 weeks. Don't fall for the Wizard of Oz routine...

Great want to point me to when that happened? Unless we are talking about what management did to you guys in bk court?

You know it is never been done in two weeks why would you even take such a position? Oh that's right you are teaching us by way of tough love.

Lucky us.

Hey UA pilots...

Thanks for screwing over so many of the 2,172 with a crappy furlough recall policy.

Maybe you can retroactively fix it so I can come back at my old seniority.

You ever been through one working for a company that actually makes a profit? I am not talking about just the past couple years. It's nice that after 10+ years of furloughs, downgrades, cut backs, pay cuts, loss of pensions, that you can have the audacity to come to a JB thread and tell us how to be pilots. **.

You are pretty cocky. Despite all the corporate problems United has had in the past, their pilots achieved an industry leading contract. Have JetBlue pilots been able to do it? I mean, you seem to suggest we have had a much stronger company all these years, surely we were able to leverage that into industry competitive compensation?

We don't even have a contract yet. The ink is still wet on other groups contracts but everyone is so fast to give us career advice. We are talking about guys that took concessions and furloughs, had to find other jobs. Oh, but now they just signed a big contract and invade everyone's forums to talk about how much more they know. You should go F off Bluedriver. Go work at United you would fit right in.
