As one of the Oct 9th Interview "Cancelees" can any of you K4 guys share your opinion as to whether those of us who missed out will still really be interviewed after the new year?
The letter we all got said we'd be called and alluded to not having to re-apply or be re-selected...is that going to be accurate in your opinion?

I will say this about the people who got interviews cancelled. A lot of us here heard about it and aren't happy they did that. They had their reasons but still. I know several people will be checking in with the company for you guys.

Something that struck me as odd about the whole affair is why cancel interviews at all? I can certainly understand delaying starting full new hire classes in lieu of 777 transitions, but if you're gonna still run full classes after new year why not continue interviews then put anyone selected into a class pool for then vs. shutting down the interviews entirely?
In the current job market seems to me this move will cause Kalitta to loose several of the cancellees I'd guess. They'll either get hired elsewhere or won't want to experience a repeat of the nut kicking.
