Comparable/Decent/Fair pay scale, Equitable Retirement package, Suitable work rules and career longevity (All in the eyes of the beholder) should be standard across the industry, although it isn’t - but those are the basic core values to retain numbers. ACMI, Pax Taxi, Hub Turns, variety of flying, international/domestic, 4 on/3 off vs 15/16/17 days, domiciles, equipment, even blazers, hats no hats - these are just specifics that are used to tailor an individual’s lifestyle. Hopefully everyone comes up together. Something must happen to stop the hemorrhaging, but the pool to draw from is only so large and worse yet the shrinking of experience.
