Oh sorry, I just saw an article about him online. Guess he wasn't convicted.

The charges were a class C felony in most U.S. states. But I'm sure the Air Force and powers that be, pulled some strings to make a stupid decision become a lesson learned for the Major. But his past is just that, the past. I only hope the TA that he and his team present to the pilot group is worthy. Or he along with his negotiating team, just might loose any and all credibility.

How is changing a license plate a class c felony...or is there more ? " Lt. Paulino reports that --------- acknowledged that “the license plate was changed in order to avoid being reported to the Base Commander.” "

These are the questions that should have been asked when he was first nominated and voted in years ago. Who gives a $#!¥ now. He along with his team have a massive task ahead of them, completely rewriting this POS contract for one. Making sure that the company knows that we the pilot group will not settle for medocracy. Making sure the company knows that we the pilot group will not take contract violations and mis-interpretation from the CR department. Making sure that the company knows that we the pilot group have options like Delta, United, American or anywhere else. The company is constantly getting the better of us all. And I see a lot of Stockholm Syndrome with the seniors here. "Things could be way worse, back when I started we got $x.xx an hour and had to walk to work, and purchase the fuel on our personal credit cards, and promise our first born child to Connie, etc. etc. etc." Things were worse back then because you agreed to it. I've never seen a work force work so hard as this one, but you guys have to work smarter not harder. We need to all agree that we deserve way better and that the company can afford it. We need to stand together as a united work force that is the earning power behind this company. Not as individuals who make side deals through CR for cherry picked, overtime trips. We should be afforded the same quality of life both on and off the job as our colleagues at other airlines. We should be compensated for every second we are present and on duty to perform our jobs. We shouldn't be penalized by the company for catching a cold and forced to fly to avoid losing compensation. We should have better long term disability insurance, better worker's comp policies, better dead head and commute policies, better sick time accrual, better vacation accrual, better retirement DC, and so many other better items to retain and attract pilots. We work way to hard comparatively to our colleagues at other airlines on their wide body aircraft. Act like your worthy of better.

Hello Jeremy. Is that you? Enjoy dining out on the union credit card? Called all your E3 buddies and promised them airlines to work? It worked out good enough for me because I will fall in-line with my Kalitta brothers and focus on the task at hand which
is fighting for an industry standard contract. How did that best in class work out for you shopping for a new truck to change the plates on???

Using people's real names on public forums seems like a bad idea. Let's stick with initials.
