Kalitta Air now accepting FO applications

AS far as the negatives, it's not as many as some people are portraying. A strike is highly unlikely at this point. If Connie retires, they have people ready to step in. He will not take his toys with him. That's not even his style if you know the man. Lastly, the company just doesn't fire people. Have you met the new HR team? I run into them every now and then when I'm there and that's not how they do things. Very professional group. From what I'm hearing right now, the ones representing us in union negotiations are preventing us from moving forward with outlandish demands. I'm not here to bash them as we ALL need to work together. All I hear is complaining and no solutions and people with ideas of what they "think" is going on which doesn't help anything. What I'm also hearing is greed from the ones representing us at the union table, stubbornness on both sides of the table which does NOTHING! Union: What is it that they are offering us? Their benefits are beyond real, pay could be better, schedule could improve some..... Again, I don't want to anger anyone but right is right and fair is fair. Kalitta is NOT Atlas by any means (financially or populations size/planes & employees) and we don't need to base our wants off of Atlas. Kalitta is Kalitta and we all want what is fair. The next time you meet with Kalitta at the table, PLEASE for the love of God and all things holy, SIGN THE DA*N CONTRACT!!!!!!!!! For the ones who despise Kalitta, you are entitled to your opinion. Everything is not for everyone.

Outlandish! you are out of your gourd! Find some self worth.
Fair, interesting term you used you must be a GK want a be, because it takes two to sign the agreement, not one.
Having been at the table when the FIRST pay proposal was set in front of the company July 13 of 2013 I can tell you they had plenty of opportunity to SIGN A CONTACT! Why are you blaming the Union for this?
Your rhetoric sounds so much like the company it is hard to believe this could be coming out of a pilot.
Stop blaming the Union and start supporting the efforts they have put forth on you behalf Since Jan of 2010.

Just wanted to say we at Atlas applaud what you're doing. You all are setting a VERY HIGH bar for all of us in 1224 to look up to. We will be lock step with you when "push comes to shove." You guys know what you're worth, time to make them pay!
Honored to be in 1224 w/ you.
