Yes we are hiring both 747-400 and 767 FO's

there are senior and junior CA's and FO's in both fleets

-400 makes more money without question

is the 16/14 schedule the only schedule? Or is it just the amount of days on and days off required a month? For example, could you break it up.....like a 8/7 two times a month? I’m guessing on the 74, that would probably not work, but was wondering if it can be done on the 76?

When an Airman shows up with a good attitude, works hard and doesn’t give up the company has given up to twice as much FTD or Sim time.

Recently had a pilot who struggled due to military TP background and only a few months as an FO at PSA. We got him trained to proficiency and out to the line. He left 2 months after IOE, for of all places, Jet Blue. No he didn’t live in one of their bases. I was very disappointed.
So does your typical civilian pilot who has only flown turboprops with no 121 experience, and zero jet time have a shot at landing a job at Kalitta?

It all depends on the line. There are some split lines you can bid for if your seniority allows.

All you can do is apply and find out.

You are going against guys that have jet 121 PIC experience though, so hopefully you have something to make your resume stand out or a good employee rec.

Good luck

I sent in a resume today. I have 11,000 total, about 7,500 121 jet/glass pic.

I've been working in another industry for the last few years and logged 2 hours in the last 3 years. Do you suppose that will be a problem for K4 pilot recruiting?

You have the experience, but your lack of currency will give them doubts about your ability to do well in training. Will be some rust to knock off.
