The unprofessionalism comes from all facets people .
OP yes the younger or tend to be younger generation who wears a backpack and sun glasses and ear buds in the terminal . I agree looks freaking terrible .
Then again , the mainline guy who hasn’t purchased a new shirt since he first upgraded on the L10-11 so it’s **** color yellow , 65 pounds overweight , shoes that belong on a 3 year old , the list goes on.
Certainly we are talking about the two percenters here but still looks terrible on both ends.
We def have our fair share at United , but I will say the legacy Us Airway Guys were the worst I’d seen. Man they nearly looked homeless minus the fact that they were wearing a wrinkled pilot uniform .
