At work, DN is a master at making you think he cares about your specific issue (nice and genuine). He knows that if he just keeps telling you "we'll look into it" and "lets get an answer in the chat for this one" and "it ticks me off that we can't get this changed for the pilots" that you will continue to believe He's on your side. Or David can just not talk to us at all, they’re under no obligation to be that upfront with you regarding operations. Remember the other places we’ve worked at? It’s embarrassing some of the entitlement you see over on the pilot chat.
