yes we’ll lots changed in 9 months. Our leadership team gets worse by the day. It will never be a place someone should spend a career, and that is far from what I hoped for once. My class date is early next year

[QUOTE=Provo;3741079]I think the company have finally pushed too hard. I haven’t met a single person that hasn’t lost all trust with the company after the last bid. Guys have been saying they may aswell not bid because they take away days to suit them. They all say the dispute system was fake. Even older guys are saying they are leaving now. Doesn’t the management know the reality of what’s happening?
to add to this cabin crew are also saying they will go to PSA because the pay is much higher.

Most of it is all talk. Will a few leave? Yeah probably. But the reality is most Captains at Breeze will not walk away from that $300,000 paycheck. Yes - captains are clearing well above $300,000 holding a line. Reserve, not so much.
"It's better than the regionals and my previous job" - until I stop hearing that in the cockpit, nothing here will change.
MEDIOCRITY is the enemy of the Breeze pilot group. It's ok to want to stay at Breeze because you live in base, decent pay, etc... It's not ok to settle.
I love living in base as much as the next guy, but if you truley believe Breeze will be rooted in your city forever, that is a MAJOR risk to take. "I'm willing to take the risk and ride it out to the end" - don't come crying when the hiring waves have all passed in 5-10 years and Breeze closes the CHS or TPA base under new management. DN won't be there to put you on LCR instead of displacement.

Yes the problem is it’s all money and not enough quality of life for some, most likely the ones that commute, although there’s plenty that complain living in base too. At a certain point what good is all the money if you’re constantly away from family. Schedules will get to the point where it will be good for commuters but will guys be able to deal with it until then.

It’s very simple math to do. The minimum pay for a legacy 737 Captain at year 3 is $330k + $50-60k given to retirement and real reserve rules. The first officers can make $275-300,000 by year 5. I for one can’t see things go well for Breeze with the amount of pilots we have leaving right now

The reality is a few of the top Captain, and the line check pilots clear above $300,000, but the VAST majority make Minimim guarantee, or a few bucks more. Minimum guarantee for a 3 year A220 captain is under 200k + a 6% match.

Why do I get the feeling you are management and not a pilot?
Normal line captains can’t make 300k here.
I have however heard of FOs at United and AA making that!

Next Breeze captain you see/fly with, politely ask to see their workday earnings. If you held any type of line in 2023, Spring/Summer OVERTIME absolutely pushed most near/over $300,000. Also, I never said reserve guys were making $300k... obviously. At Breeze, you actually can count on Spring/Summer OT for the foreseable future because of growth mode. Long term? I'm sure they'll platuea and pay will normalize.
