weird comparison. It would have been better to claim they use old reject 20yr old planes from SWA and hence why they can pay pilots more. It’s weird to try to justify the lower pay for pilots within the same business model.

it was meant to be weird. As weird as thinking Breeze will be JetBlue just because Neelymannnnnnnn is involved.

There won’t be much motivation for them to raise pay unless there’s big attrition.

He’s actually a very nice guy. What’s your problem with him? More successful than you? Despite the uneven pay he is genuine.

nice guy? Guess that’s good enough reason to work for less and accept empty promises.

he is a genuine businessman.

I mean, good luck nobody is forcing you to stay, and it looks like your seniroity can't get any better.
If you are a Breeze pilot and trying to decide if you are going to stay or go the most important thing to monitor is the airlines finances.

You're absolutely correct. He is a nice guy. And I genuinely mean that. But this comment is the exact reason why nothing really changes at Breeze. At work, DN is a master at making you think he cares about your specific issue (nice and genuine). He knows that if he just keeps telling you "we'll look into it" and "lets get an answer in the chat for this one" and "it ticks me off that we can't get this changed for the pilots" that you will continue to believe He's on your side. HE IS A BUSINESSMAN. But you know what, I hope you work the rest of your career satisfied that you have his phone number. Let me know when he sends that midnight text saying "thanks for beleiving in me, here's some special stock in Breeze just for you good buddy".

This is the 3rd comment EVER on the Breeze forum. BOY has it aged well.

oh, they will get stock. Severely diluted stock when he bolts with his “share”. But he is a great guy!

Oh ok I guess you own sentiments on the internets.

Or David can just not talk to us at all, they’re under no obligation to be that upfront with you regarding operations. Remember the other places we’ve worked at? It’s embarrassing some of the entitlement you see over on the pilot chat.
