- The climate has been cyclical since creation.
- How much man affects that is questionable.
- Arguing over its causes has become a distraction from the real issue, each of our personal responsibilities as individuals and industries to do our part to clean up and prevent pollution.
- The carbon credit crowd has learned how to create hysteria among their supporters to profiteer from the issue rather than fix it.

Not at all. I’m not condescending towards Walmart techs. They just wouldn’t be my first choice in an informed debate about the science of climate change given their typical education level and station in life. I’d certainly hope airline pilots to be more informed about these issues and have a more sound approach to checking for veracity and reasonableness.

Well looks like these scientists disagree with the others in this brand new study.

Someone better notify "the squad" after their daily outrage.

From that same quoted article.
“The paper has been criticised for not being peer reviewed and other climate scientists have refuted the conclusions reached by Kauppinen and Malmi. Critics have said that in addition to not being peer reviewed, Malmi and Kauppinen fail to provide correct physical explanation, have not linked to- or sited to enough sources to support their claims and although they denounce climate models, they use one themselves to prove their own points.”

Are we affecting the current global temperature shifts? I don’t think so. But that doesn’t excuse us from polluting our home. We are going to run out of places to put our garbage, and I think it is important for us to find better, cleaner, energy sources.
I’m all for a cleaner environment, and China, and smaller third world countries need to get on board, but blaming the current environment on the industrial revolution and everything that has happened since is a very myopic view, in my opinion. If we had 1 million years of historic global temperature data, it would still be a small sample size, but it would show more wild swings in average global temps and make us all feel better about our small, insignificant effect on our planet. Just my opinion, flame away!
Edit: We would really only need to go back 1000 years. If we tracked the emergence from the last ice age in the 1200-1300’s, I’m guessing average temperature rise would be pretty consistent, year over year, as we, or they, emerged from that period.
