Depends how much you value it. You could spend half your career the #1 737 FO in LGA and probably have a sweet life

Right now junior Widebody Captain is, for the most part, in the 2000-2500 range. Pan Am was not that big. Famous, yes. Big, no.

Any of the big three is probably about at least five times the size of Pan Am.

Now any of them could gradually dwindle away to the point of irrelevance but that would take many years. In the meantime they are too big to fail.
