On IOE, a lady said “Nice landing”

I said “thanks, that was my first”

One of the guys had a slight speech impediment, the FO said this happens to him occasionally.
Happened to me in 2004 in KATL. Called the “Booze Police for the BAC” and security to standby. After the test, I invited the miscreant to get off my jet. After three times and an emphatic brow beating from this putz, he was taken off in bracelets. His wife, being upset about the issue was also requested to get off the jet, to which she obliged, with out the metal jewelry.

We had moderate turbulence below 5000 on the Expressway Visual 31 KLGA on a CAVOK day all the way to touchdown. I found out that day that while I absolutely love Fifi, her responsiveness isn't quite RJ like. Anyhoo, pulled off a grease to my surprise, cue folks walking off with barf bags, in tears and one lady asking me "are you guys ever scared up there?...you certainly earned your pay today!" to which I replied "all in a days work" (and thinking if only she knew )
