The best thing about my airline? My airline is about to start taking ERAU grads and putting them straight to the right seat of an Airbus. Personally, I think the company should be marketing that info to the public as much as possible so passengers know the high caliber of pilots we have in the cockpit. Despite my having over 20 years of flying experience and more time spent in airplane lavs than they have total flight time, I will bow my head in solemn respect and know my place next to their greatness the first time I have one of them as my FO.

But maybe the guy will be eager to learn from you and doesn't need you to sh*t on him. You get paid a lot of money and with that money comes responsibility. One of those responsibilities is to further the education of the FO. Also, not every Riddle kid is an egomaniac
