United Airlines to pay $305,000 in religious discrimination lawsuit
A 30 year UAL Pilot was diagnosed as an alcoholic. As part of the HIMS program UAL wanted him to attend AA meetings which have a religious element. The pilot was a Buddhist. UAL denied him the option to use a different program. UAL settled for $305,000.
