"Turn the pandemic against" whom? You go ahead and show "them," brightspark. Make them all pay. They'll rue the day, tough guy.
A gillette five blade razorblade lasts a long time, works great, and a little packet that holds four blades takes up no room in a shave kit, and lasts months.
I've never found an electric razor that did a decent job or held up. The dollar shave club razors I tried; they turned out to be crap.
Find whatever works for you. What works for someone else is irrelevant.

Another vote for the Braun Series 7.
I safety razor shave leaving the house, and that lasts a day or two for me, then electric the rest of the trip. Does a bad job on the neck after the first electric shave but overall I like not running out of shaving cream and having tons of stuff in my bag. Simplifies everything and looks presentable enough.
