You. Are. Pathetic.
I had a penis enlargement, reduction and graft on my F9 FO salary of 122k.
Go to Mexico. Much cheaper.

As for the 401k, if you contributed 100% of it, then it’s not really considered income.

Delta, Year 5 pay.
2 months 7ER (757/767) F/O
10 months 320 Captain
Out sick/disability for 2.5 months. NQAT (non qual awaiting training) 1 month, 1 month in full 320 IQ course.
Vacation (2 weeks) cashed out as they put me in the sims during my vacation. Because why not.
Rolled thunder (RES effective double pay) for April.
0-1 GS a month (Double time trip) May-August, nothing since September. Was out September-Mid November after a dirtbike crash.
$277,221 Flight Pay (sick pays out as this)
$5,900 Per Diem
$1,900 Profit Sharing/Rewards (they did a goofy 1 time $1250 PS this year)
$44,500 401k contribution
$329,521 total income
$77,400 in income tax. Holy balls thats more than I made year 1 here (stuck on training pay a while, plus on mil leave for a bit)
453 hours flown
$727/hr effective flight pay, but if you factor in sims, it's probably closer to 600. I don't track sim hours.
Generally gone from home 11-17 days a month between non commutable trips and short call. I do sit long call reserve at home.

These threads are generally very useful to those looking to get hired, those wondering if it's worth making a lateral move or even answering the question if their contemplated move is indeed a lateral move, a step up or a step down, whether it's worth commuting or not, the list goes on and on. The last, but not least is highlighting the importance of soft money in our contracts. Personally, I'd really like to see junior captains from United and Delta post their numbers, as well as actual numbers from the regionals this year.
Can we please be respectful, post factual information and take trolling and childish posts some place else? Also, MODS, could you moderate this thread like you did last year?
Additionally, what may be helpful is separating W-2 wages from your B-plan/401k/per diem monies. Here's one of the suggested formats, but accurate info is always appreciated:
Airline
Fleet (if applicable)
Payscale year
W-2 wage
Retirement/Bonus
Per Diem
Block hours flown
Days worked
Commuter status
I will post my numbers tomorrow when we get our last paystub for 2022.
