It's all there to see. Pilot Payment (2019-22 back pay) was just over $50k.

"Retro" is paying me for Jan/Feb/Mar at 2023 rates because we were originally paid at 2019 rates until contract was signed and accounting caught up with new rates.

Also this year PS, the retro will be part of the total earnings for the calculation. “Skewed” numbers will be until 2025.

AS 6/7-year scale, about 10.5 months NB CA pay. One month voluntary reserve.

Gross W2: $330K
Employer 401K DC: $48K
Employer HSA: $1.5K

So $380K total.

Block 400-ish, almost all one-leg days, with a couple months offline in the schoolhouse. No schedule manipulation, other than a few drops for family events.

I'll play along.
DAL 330 FO year 1
Line holder and commute
2.5 months of training pay

115k
18k 401k company contribution
133k total

Very fortunate to be in the 330 holding a line. This wasn't supposed to happen for a long time. Better to be lucky than good I guess. Looking forward to that sweet year two payrate bump.

Hope everyone here has a great 2024!

I like reding these, it gives great insight into what's possible within each contract and the many different ways to skin the cat to find our optimal pay vs QOL balance. I'll play too this year:

Delta 757/767 FO, mix of year 1 and year 2 pay. Split pretty evenly between line and reserve for a total of around 600 block.

Flight Pay: $150,300
Profit Sharing: $2,700
C2019 Retro Pay: $7,500
Total Income: $160,500

Per-Diem: $7,500
401k DC: $24,300

Total Comp: $192,200

I’m intrigued because that regular pay is 1300-1400 hours of credit. Was there a lot of premium in there? How many block hours did you fly and what were the average days off a month?

Year 2 UAL 737 CA (1.5 months training/FO pay)
Regular pay $304,000
Had about 1-2 unused reserve days every month for most of the year and will block about 700 hours with ~1100 hours of credit. Looking forward to one day working a lot less.
