Dental decay and filled teeth is higher in children in the US than the UK where dental care is covered for all children under 18. Unlike our system, you have the option to include preventative dental care as an adult for a fee that many Brits, especially older Brits, do not exercise. So no, dental care is not inferior there. The system is just different and so are the societal pressures regarding oral hygiene and appearance.

I would absolutely live and work in Canada, UK, Switzerland, etc. I have friends who are currently living there as civilians and LOVE it. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for our families at this time. So, your point is invalid. Try again.
