DAL or CAL

Could the pilots at continental please tell me how long you had to wait from your interview/sim until your class date? Was it a couple months in advance or just weeks? I'm wondering about the current status, as in if someone were to be hired today when could they expect a class date. thanks

And, my understanding is that quite a few of those years were spent on furlough. Look at the AE's. The last CA hired (NYC 88) is 6043 or so. After the last 3 AE's, that number has moved up 500 on average in all domiciles. There are newhires in the 6700 range that have been there for a year or less, so they COULD be eligible for CA (NYC 88) in one of the next few AE's, making the time to CA 2-3 years. Look at the numbers.

From what I've heard from the training dept, there's 2 classes of 12 people in March, and another 2 classes of 12 people in April, then nothing again until September. I'm willing to bet that the classes are filling up pretty quickly.
Good luck,
