College Requirement

The pilots I've met at UPS without a degree are VERY senior. Know how they managed it? They put in their time and worked their way up to a third level freight carrier because lack of a degree kept them from better things. Then, UPS started an airline and hired from within the ranks of these third level contract carriers to staff it. Quite a bit of luck involved in that. Anyone think that's gonna happen again?

You would really fit in well with today's airline management.

Not all college degrees are created equal...history, sociology, biology, aviation (
): useless. Finance/accounting/economics and several engineering degrees are still fantastic choices.
