"The West Pilots do not have an adequate remedy at law for future
damages that will accrue until Defendant US Airways and USAPA comply with their
contract and representation duties because there are too many factors affecting any
calculation of their likely damages to make such calculation practical."
SOOOO, these 6 folks are throwing the rest of the West under the bus and going for $ for themselves only?

Good luck West
Good luck West. I'll be behind you no matter what. I'm not USAir or AMWest but stand behind you because what the East is doing is WRONG. Even if you initiate a SOS, you will always be welcome on my jumpseat no matter the "East" position. In fact, if you do initiate an SOS and the East guys do cross, I will consider them SCABS!

Easties are getting what they deserve for throwing the west guys under the bus. Did it ever occur to the Easties that without AWA they would have no job?

I guess my thing is that the East pilots are mad, and that is their right. The fact of the matter is that BOTH parties agreed to binding arbitration and the arbitrator was the agreed upon. If a group (USAPA/East) will not uphold their end of an agreement (binding arbitration), why on earth would AWA/AWAPA guys believe anything the east group or USAPA would say? If your organization was started to circumvent an agreement that your group made...isn't it a little silly to ask someone (west guys) to trust you? How can trust and unity amongst a group be gained with an organization that was created out of a broken promise? Not taking a side here truly, just asking a question. The only logical answer (that I can see), is that East/USAPA has no interest in the West other than agency fees.

What do you sugest we do? I mean we have a party that refuses to honor their contracts, (binding arbitration ajuticated by a neutral board) and using their larger numbers, is reordering a seniority list to cause great harm to the west. The west didn't start this fight, we have followed the rules and contracts, so I ask you again, what would you have us do?

I have a suggestion to all US Air pilots East and West. If you can’t get along and hate your company and job, QUIT! Please, and let all of us out there who have lost out great jobs get employed again.
