I don't think any amount of call backs greater than 0 could be bad news. I also don't think that these call backs are just covering attrition. It's only been what less than 2 months since the second round of layoffs? I don't think 25 guys have retired since than, although I could be wrong. I think it is more likely that NK is looking not at adding the A/C back yet but picking up on some of the slowing down of the ops tempo that it sounds like they did. (and I didn't hear that from anyone just personal opinion)
I'd like to see us all get called back but better some than none. I'm also not one of those that got the call but congrats to those who did.

So what is the last word on when we are getting new A320s? Just curious.

Never. I had a dream about it the other night. So take it on good authority.

The rumor of two coming this fall has turned into: none this year and only 2 next year rumor.....

enough "Spirit crack" for one night, back to knitting

We will prob just show up for work one day and see a 320 with that rediculous "S" sitting on the ramp in FLL....the company never tells us anything anyway, why would they tell us anything about new airplanes.

In FLICA I show about 15 higher for August alone. Add another 9 for September according to my buddy who is still hanging onto the bottom of the list. I have no idea how accurate that is but I believe many have left during this two months. I may be wrong.

No doubt. A320 differences will probably show up as a pilot read file on our Outlook account. In other NK news, guess some recalls are happening. My friend, about 25-30 down the this list got a call for Nov.

Kind of like living in SE Florida is expensive unless you work for NK and live at the Red Carpet Inn I guess that makes sense
The compensation and QOL you will receive flying for Singapore is far superior than that of Tiger.

I did the leg work and I am not very impressed with Tiger. Of course, it is a great place to be for a person who needs the experience in both the bus and international ops.

Thats great, I am glad to hear they are calling people already. I am about 40 or so down the list and really hoping to get some good news soon.
