Hey... maybe the new owners want to buy my old 8 track cassette player with a quadrophonic sound system. But cash only... no checks.

Are you saying the "new" owner who recently wanted to grow the airline has just sold it?

To whom and do you think it's good or bad news? Wish the very best to you all...

Mr. Hrdlndg:

I wish I had some reliable sources at Pace. Published reports are saying that Mr. Bill Rogers, who purchased the company three months ago, is willing to sell the company to an undisclosed party. From reading the tea leaves, it's obvious to all that he didn't have a handle on the issues the company was facing, or how to address those issues. He apparently let his ego and lack of business experience get the best of him and in the process, he managed to alienate almost everyone in the employee group.

Hopefully, whoever buys the company will realize the potential of the contracts and business they already have and manage those assets properly.

BTW, by "will the new people be hiring" do you mean the "new people" that are there now or the "new people" that are replacing the "new people"....who I guess will become "the new people" ??? Who's on first ??

Just my two cents...devalued to $ .00001134 on today's close.

G'Luck to all at Pace

The old CEO is Darrell Richardson. He left a few years back to pursue other interests (a startup that never started) and has been trying to work his way back into Pace for a while now.

I know Charlie, Jim and Russ. They have done nothing of the sort mentioned by Herman. They worked under/with Richardson during his previous tenure.

Richardson sent an email following the management change stating that employees were "dancing in the halls" following the changes. A "happy days are here again" memo. In my opinion, the email was unprofessional and vindictive in nature.

Bickering aside, does anyone know if this company was part of the deal:

Air Transport Group Holdings

Richardson is listed as President under management.

I can't seem to find anyone who knows just who bought Pace.
because you are not "the dude".

So forgive me if I'm a little hesitant. Suffice it to say we are getting paid friday according to HR.
