I don't know about cross-fleeting but just had my first cross-crew bus experience with ONWA folks. They looked really spiffy in their new duds and liked the hotel a lot. So far, so good.

Yep! And jackets! I didn't have the heart to tell them they haven't received their FOMs yet and jacket time is over (if they want it to be). They were so proud, though. It was pretty sweet. Made me a little misty.
