Really i thought that was at least a 70 seat Q400 that saddly went down in BUF. It was painted ALL up in CAL livery.

Q400 = Turboprop

50 seat scope is on Turbojets.

Wasn’t that more an issue that Delta didn’t like the idea of having too much of it’s commuter flying with just two companies. In case there was another strike shutting down half the system. And not so much the high pay? I didn't work at comair, just followed it in the news so I could have it mixed up.

We the mainline pilots are the one giving this flying up so it can be awarded to the lowest bidder.

Time for point fingers is over. We all need to say no, no matter what. It is the only way we will have a leg to stand on.

One more time, Delta ALPA caused this whole thing. They changed their scope langauge and let the Midwest pilots hang out to dry.

Delta ALPA made this bed ... sleep in it. I'm applying to Republic.

And the Midwest pilots sat idly by and watched it happen. If you saw it coming you should have shut it down. Stop blaming it on everyone else.

Boomer, your posts are killing me for they're point on. Some in such a much-needed sarcastic way....and then I look over at your avatar, and I can't help but smile. All this, coming out of that little kitty...

Not true. NWA MEC would talk to us, but LM and DALPA decided to not return our phone calls.

Our pilots informed our MEC about DALPA relaxing scope on the deal, not LM telling them.

If I worked for Midwest, I have a problem not burning the building down. (Office Space). But seriously, what do you do now as a Midwest pilot?

Join the ranks of the screwed over, disenfranchised and disalusioned.. I am at a loss for any viable solution to this downward spiral of our profession.
