I really admire your attitude. I'm a regional FO and would certainly leave this place in a heart beat for a better major like Delta. Even if forlough was inevitable. Granted I don't have a family to support so this is all just one man's thoughts. Everyones situation is different. I'd use the time away from flying to bartend or something and "chase muff around the pool".
