Maddog: I think we're gonna see retro, as management has put it in writing several times and this place would explode without it. Having said that, I fully believe we need a CBA for about 100 reasons and have disagreed with BuffMike on this in the past.

Clue: my experience as a civvy guy has been that your mil experience will be welcomed and valued by our hiring peeps and in the cockpit. A couple of my favorite captains are ex-mil and for the most part guys seem to learn from each others' experience, rather than focusing on background. JetBlue seems to look at quality of experience as well as quantity, you just need to meet the posted mins for insurance purposes. Hope this helps and hope to see you online after you separate!

Glad to see JB took a step in the positive direction on the pay rates....congrats.

It helps a lot. Speaking in terms of being a ex Spirit Captain.

That's pretty darn funny coming from a E175 pilot.

BTW, when did Greyhound start putting all leather and TV in their buses?

Thank you for replying to the second post! Well I wont be getting 1000PIC at Eagle anytime soon! Will have to start worshiping at my nearest temple to get hired at jetblue it seems, unless they like Eagle EMB SIC time.

Without JB AMR's jfk operation would grind to a halt, hahaha...

During our last hiring 'spree', we hired guys without TPIC. Rumor was they were high SIC guys from Eagle.

Im hoping they do that again when hiring resumes! There were a lot of Eagle FOs with 3000+ right seat RJ time and no PIC who went over in the previous spree.
