How does Delta go about assigning seniority numbers to a new hire class, and then is that the order those in that class get to select their base/equipment? Just curious how that works. I looked through the thread and didn't see anything on it so I appologize in advance if it's already been asked and I just missed it. Thanks!!!

Not by age, but rather social security #. I think its by the 1st 3 #'s, the higher the better.....I think.

But it's by SSN for sure.

seniority is by last 4 of your SS#... 9999 is senior 0000 is junior

How much time off between Indoc and aircraft training? I heard a rumor it might be up to 6 weeks off. Where do they put new hires up while in Indoc in ATL? If you don't want to post that info please PM it to me. Also any gouge on the ATL hotel and stuff thats around to do while in Indoc. Thank you
