Hard to explain exactly how we r paid, the former FA told it well enough. Our daily rig is 6.5 though, so the 4 days pay a minimum of 26.
I've been almost 5 years, commuter & am real busy withthe kiddos, coaching sports, class room volunteering, ..., but i work 110 - 115 tfp / month, which works out to 80 or so blocks hours. Rarely do i vja/ja/(no pp yet), i usually pick up commutable scraps, some ef.
It's a good life, awesome job! Work as much or as little as you want / need.

ie: 12 yr Capt $206/hr makes 206x 80 or 206x110?

Oops, I see where this may have been a little confusing. The rates given on this website are already "normalized" to a bock hourly rate. IMO, they are not exact.
Lemme give you an example. I'll pick one of our lines in December (my current #1 choice, bids close on the 9th and will give it a little more looking over). It's a PM trip (which are usually less productive). The month pays 89.98 tfp, but blocks 70.45. Actually looking at trips around it, this is a rather productive PM, but has 18 days off. As a commuter, I prioritize my bid 1) pm 2) home town overnights 3)max days off, then 4) max pay .... So the above is my #1 choice as of right now (I just submitted a bid to "not forget" AGAIN!).
Additionally, we are paid the minimum of your "distance" or of any rig. We have:
Hourly guarantee: 0.74 tfp / hour of "being on the clock" See "Trip Rig" below.
Minimum Daily Guarantee (MDG): 5 tfp / day
Average Daily Guarantee (ADG): 6.5 tfp / day (averaged over the 1/2/3/4-day trip)
Trip Rig(?): I'd have to look it up, but if you had a really unproductive trip, maybe something that starts a little early on day 1, but finishes late on the last day, & does not fly much, you may trigger a "Trip Rig." These are rare, you don't see many. When you do, it's usually not too much more than the ADG.
Now where you make your money is flying low block / high paying (TFP) trips. Maybe, long DHs, days that pay the MDG but don't fly, .... Extra fly usually have nice rigs associated with them. something like, fly to a city spend the night, then start an am the following day. It may only be a single leg, but will pay the minimum 13.
VJA is 1.5 x's the normal pay. Premium Pay (PP) pays double time, yes, FOs can fly around the system getting paid more than the "straight time" captain. It happens, though rare. But I've flown with a LOT of PP captains this summer. Yea, dudes flying around making 360 / "trip" (which equates to well over $400 / hour). I flew with a guy my 3-day trip, he was PP, paid me 22.5 ish, his paycheck on that I did not even want to figure out, but he was happy.
Here's my last few months: pay, block hours, days off.
Aug: 115, 82, 15 days off. I picked up a vja 2-day and a 2-day EF. 2 of those days did NOT include any flying, but was paid nicely.
Sept: 91, 68, 17 days off. Super busy with the kids school & their sport's teams. Picked up 1 open time turn in addition to my 12 days scheduled.
Oct: 97, 78, 14 days off. October $uked huge!!!! I had my step 4 training, long story, but paid nothing for 3 days. Still made all games and only missed one practice.
Nov: 102, 85, 15 days off. Well that's what I have on my board now.
I am NOT a Varsity player, hardly an elementary school water boy for that matter! Our contract rate is $108 / trip, this averages out to $139/ block hour these last 4 months. Now if you reference an early post of mine, you'll see that I average 110 or so trips per month . I usually work hard in the first part of the year (my hobby is investing so I try to load up my 401k and have it finished by Sept). Also, I did not take any vacation in these last 4 months. Vacation months are in the 130 - 140 tfp.
I personally know FOs that average over 150 tfp / month, every month. Also knew a guy that averaged over 200 tfp / month, every month. But they are the extreme nut jobs that are fun to sky dive with! I take this more as a marathon, than a sprint.
I hope I did not get too verbose, just tried to explain it a little better.
-k
PS I think I remember the average FO earns 110 tfp / month. Every month. So I guess I am average "bench warmer"

The quickest way to "convert" our crazy pay is to multiply it by 1.13 - that will closely approximate the equivalent hourly pay.
$100/trip is roughly $113/hr.
The Capt/FO approach requirement had to do with us getting signed off for RNAV/GPS approaches. We will be certified for RNAV/RNP app's sometime in January. Now if there were at least one of those anywhere in the CONUS.....

Do we not advance the thrust levers to at least 40% N1 be for selecting "TOGA"
Is the autopilot "engaged" at any time during the take off roll?
Or am I the only one who uses autothrottles for take off, hand fly as long as I please, even level off at 3000ft at MDW, without using the autopilot with autothrottles engaged?
