Would i have a market, and what would you expect from our service besides just parking?
Parking at airport for 24 hours you can count me in. And once the we'd gets around there will be plenty.

And a shuttle that runs on a schedule, and by schedule I mean to the minute of the posted schedule.

You'd have a market (how big? Hard to say, guessing 300-400 non-based crew cars, but not all of them use the lot @ the same time or for the same amount of time), right up to the point where the airport suddenly allows non-based crew to park in the regular employee lot again. Then you'd lose all your crew customers unless you matched the airport's employee price.

What is the current price, MCO parkers?

Rather than pave a new lot, consider looking to access an empty lot, like the old Hertz lot, as 'Thumbs882' mentioned.

I just called Park Bark & Fly today and they are offering $40 a month parking on Semoran. They mention their shuttles run every 15-20 minutes. Depending on where you're coming from that could work. My concern with the National Parking the gentlemen above kindly set up for 59.95 a month is it's wrong way from where I come from and we have to clear the Bee Line toll both ways just prior to arriving.

Are any of the "new" places offered in the letter on the south side of the airport?

I agree with others. 24 hour scheduled shuttle that's on time and frequent. Perhaps a covered area at each shuttle stop (if more than one) for inclement weather. Will it be a secured lot? if so, how?

Count me in Bill. I'd use your lot.

I'd use your lot just as long as it was secure parking.
I just got off with the Crown Plaza. They told me I could use their secure lot but can't guarantee shuttle service because of the high number of crew members wanting to use them. Their guests come first, then us. This whole situation sucks.
I'm trying Princess Parking (the wife) for a while. I'm not sure how long she'll be doing it with a smile.
