My Business is parking. I heard about the situation going on in Orlando. If enough pilots need parking I would be willing to pave a lot at mco for exclusive pilot parking. Assuming there are still enough pilots looking for somewhere to park we could do monthly fees as low as $40 a month. We appreciate the professionalism of the pilots and would be extremely accommodating. I need some feed back if I am going to take on the business venture. Would i have a market, and what would you expect from our service besides just parking?

What is the current price, MCO parkers?
Rather than pave a new lot, consider looking to access an empty lot, like the old Hertz lot, as 'Thumbs882' mentioned.

I just called Park Bark & Fly today and they are offering $40 a month parking on Semoran. They mention their shuttles run every 15-20 minutes. Depending on where you're coming from that could work. My concern with the National Parking the gentlemen above kindly set up for 59.95 a month is it's wrong way from where I come from and we have to clear the Bee Line toll both ways just prior to arriving.

I agree with others. 24 hour scheduled shuttle that's on time and frequent. Perhaps a covered area at each shuttle stop (if more than one) for inclement weather. Will it be a secured lot? if so, how?

I just got off with the Crown Plaza. They told me I could use their secure lot but can't guarantee shuttle service because of the high number of crew members wanting to use them. Their guests come first, then us. This whole situation sucks.
I'm trying Princess Parking (the wife) for a while. I'm not sure how long she'll be doing it with a smile.
