I think you would definitely have a decent size market, and it seems obvious word would get around quite quickly about the parking situation. I've been using the Marriott, although nice services, do not offer any crew rate, its pay the same rate as regular customers.

I received a survey in the mail today from GOAA about finding a solution to Non Based employee parking. The rates they were suggesting aren't any better then I've found off property. They are going to have to do better to earn my business back.

The bean counters must have just discovered the hundreds of thousands of dollars that "pecker head" in charge of GOAA parking flushed down the toilet.
What he should have done was charge the Thousands Standing Around (TSA) for parking and just build a new lot.
