I could be wrong, but I'd think 10,5,5,5 would be an insult and also a gigantic management blunder.

I dunno, I've been fairly encouraged by much of what I've read here. And in any case, insulting the DL pilot group isn't going to change minds. Post your reasons why it would be a mistake to give up any additional scope.

I agree. But when all you hear is 4833 (albeit from your own pilot group and no real UNION denial), it sets you up to be excited about the next higher numbers. Its a psychological process that has worked for decades.
We all deserve, for our talents and professionalism, no less than our counterparts at UPS, FEDEX, AF, KLM etc. In fact, we deserve more because we gave up more. This time value of money "banter" Im hearing, does not settle well with me. Its like tucking your tail between your legs and avoiding conflict. Sometimes a little conflict and sacrifice is needed to get things on track. We have many "passive" individuals here. I hope I'm wrong and wish only the best for us and our company.

FTB promises not to make any more spreadsheet tables based on rumored pay raises.

Although I can easily repost our MD88=SWA pay tables again and play the expectations game?
But I won't.
But I could.

There is a time and place for conflict and I'm sure we will go there if need be but why start out that way.........

I get the impression that you are spring loaded to say no just because we came to a TA in an unprecedented time frame and that the only way to get the improvements we deserve is thru conflict. I would have to disagree with this line of thinking. I can remember an old say that, over the years, I have come to believe in "Honey catches more flies than vinegar." (I know that, technically, that may not be true but you get my point.)

If all those rumors are true and it's a POS, we will be standing right beside each other saying the easy way didn't work, I guess we have to do it the hard way now.
