What happened to Delta?

The guy has a point. Our standards have continued to circle the bowl. Instead of mocking him. We should want to rise to a higher standard of quality.
Our collective mindset as pilots seems to continue to accept lower and lower standards. I wonder why we can't better ourselves:-(

Well, except for the fact that I ganked the cognac and breadsticks from the galley on his flight. Yeah, try that on for size you ex-pat sucker.

How is lack of extra breadsticks and no cognac on a flight the FAs fault? He stated they were sympathetic towards him.....

I was non-reving home in uniform in first class when the pax next to me complained to me that his breakfast was sub par. I reminded him that you you don't go to a 5-star restaurant looking for an airplane ride so don't expect a 5-star meal from an airline. Not our business.

Delta does very well targeting high-value customers, and they are the airline of choice for business travelers. If cognac and breadsticks are so desirable, and would increase revenue, I guarantee Delta would do it. I would suggest that he look at domestic alternatives and make a choice.
