Where can we find a copy of the Kirby proposal or rates?

Let's see if this works. I have a PDF that won't let me copy.

Guess not. Let me look around.

yes, what would isl look like now with mccaskill-bond law?

Nevermind, I just read it, it would not change anything because ALPA merger policy would apply. But how would the isl look now that the ALPA mrger policy has changed (as a result of US/AW)?

Just look at SLI's done under Alpa and M/B, they all used the exact same method with comparable results as the Nicolau arbitration. BTW M/B is a mirror of Alpa merger policy.

Thanks for looking for a link. A vote would definitely be an interesting idea. It would seem USAPA is disadvantaging the new hires as well by keeping the pay artificially low.

That's not the way usapa see's it. Usapa believe's the superior movement the east and new hires get by shutting the west out of all the growth makes up for any pay/work rules improvements.

I'd rather have delta pay ;)

So far its working..The last 190 capt on the Nov bid has a 2004 seniority..
2013 is promising extraordinary progression for the east side...In the mean time, the west continues its quest for the "Holy Nic"..

E190 ca pays less than widebody fo. A better comparison would be where junior airbus captain falls.

I can't find a complete copy of the Kirby proposal. I have the rates, but it won't let me copy. Here are the date of signing rates and 48 month rates, top of scale.

A330 C/O 177-184
F/O 121-126

75/76 C/O 161-167
F/O 110-114

320/73 C/O 146-152
F/O 96-100

Importantly for new hires, third listers, the E190-no change from current rates. I asked Scott Kirby why this was and he said '"Competitive conditions, i.e jetBlue." When I quoted him the higher jetBlue rates he said "Well, I really don't know what the are now, but that's what they were. It really doesn't matter anyway, none of them are at top of scale." Nice.

I also believe all the min fleet and block hour protections were gone, sorry change to catch up east vacation and other little goodies.

I haven't talked to one pilot, east or west that said the Kirby was acceptable, no matter which seniority list is used. Problem is, our little food fight keeps us in that neighborhood. Oh well.

West fo's make more than e190 captains and west captains make more than 330 captains in w2 when work rules are factored in.

Some east F/Os make more than E190 captains, so just another reason for No to Kirby. On the A330 I think you are mixing terms. W2 is money. I don't see adjustments for work rules. Unless you guys have some override it would take about 99 hours at your captain rate to equal 85 at our A330 captain rates. So some could, but I doubt the average would. One of your F/Os was telling me how he makes what I do. When we compared W2s I think it was about 10-15% less. Not good, and I'm not bragging, but he was believing some false assumptions.
