It doesn't sound like he's listening to MSNBC.

That's how I see NPR, too, and I am a reader/listener. I also like that NPR seems to have the least childish yelling and interrupting one another. Imagine that!

...But NPR is just *one* of *many* news outlets I use.

Listened to as much as I could - as if Diane Rehm didn't make me sleepy enough, her guests put me out cold.

It doesn't help when "entry level " airlines are providing half the lift in the domestic market. You must be one of those high and mighty major guys that didn't want to fly the 50 seater jets because they belong to the entry level world..

Soon you will be comparing your contract to that of RPV operators.

Doesn't "remotely piloted vehicle" sound much safer than "unmanned aerial vehicle""?

ALPA is a bit disingenuous in it's economic arguments when it has a long history of facilitating the outsourcing of jobs to lower paid carriers. This race to the bottom began when ALPA decided it would remove "alter ego" as a threat and instead try to leverage the replacement of our pilots.

That having been stated, Moak did a good job. I look forward to the day when ALPA leadership realizes that real UNITY is a stronger platform that politics, or a radio show. Branded flying should be performed by pilots on that brand's seniority list. By mergers, or extinction, the only way to have one standard is have one list under one contract. That's unity.
