NMB orders investigation at F9
The Carrier has been established as Frontier.
The craft and class is of course the pilots.
Carrier, FAPA, IBT all have until January 2nd to supply their information.
Carrier has been ordered to supply a list of eligible voters, consisting of employees of Frontier Airlines, Inc.
In summary, the constant verbiage from the Local 357 about "only the IBT can petition the NMB" was obviously false. The other piece about the craft and class being all 3000 pilots at RAH is also not accurate.
Still to early to celebrate, but we are getting closer.

Quick n dirty for the outsiders?
RAH pilots believe they have rights to be F9 employees and go with the spun off company?

Nobody (maybe a select few) at RAH wants to go with the spun off company. Not gonna get involved in this thread any deeper. I'll leave the vile threads to the usual pleasant F9'ers in this forum.

The same Local filed a lawsuit in Colorado in an attempt to vacate an LOA in our CBA that happened to trigger the separation process.
The same Local sent a letter to the FAPA attorney's telling them they were all fired.
The same Local sent a letter to FAPA demanding access to their bank accounts after the representation election in 2011.
The same Local sent a letter firing the Frontier Merger Committee (an entity created during the SLI process).
The same Local hasn't pursued a grievance/SBA for an F9 pilot since they were elected in June 2011 (they finally convinced two out of the ten F9 pilots that joined the IBT to participate in System Boards after they were threatened with a DFR but no SBA's have been scheduled).
I hear that no one wants these ugly F9 seats, but the Local 357 sure dedicates a lot of time, energy and money in an effort to grab them.

It is disingenuous for Tiller to now say that he had no desire (nor most RAHers) to take your F9 seat.
Bull****!!!

After witnessing the immaturity, disrespect, and true colors of your pilot group, a strong majority wanted nothing to do with your cute little airline.
Get over yourself. Why when we could go to an airline that isn't akin to shopping at a thrift store, would we go to F9? Your product is turning to junk and will only get worse.
Will standby and wait patiently for you to show me where I wanted to sit on the crapper in your bus; though I did take a dump in one of your busses on a dh one day. Loved the look on your lovely FA's face when I came out.

Hey Zoo... The IBT has spent a lot of your money (and mine!) in an effort to grab those seats for TillerEnvy and his RAH pals. And the whole while, Tiller has been yelling the loudest that the F9 seats should be his.

You guys are right. Local 357 is just ****ing your money away because the collective RAH pilot group has no interest in Frontier. Certainly RAH pilots have written letters and made calls to their reps to stop this nonsense. And when that didn't work they voted in people that would use their dues appropriately...right?
Don't worry, if 357 loses this battle maybe they can sue an IMSL into one of those respectable legacy carriers for you. You've been playing pretend mainline for long enough. So long as the process doesn't involving any screening I'm sure you're up for the challenge.
