The guy in DFW has gone up to $40. he's not the only one in town but because he charges spirit rates compared to the other AMEs in DFW he gets the majority of the airline pilots.

Shewmaker in Orlando is $95 for First Class with EKG. Either $60 or $65 without. Online appointments floridaflightdoctor.com .

Wow. Severeal great answers, I'm in Kansas City. I've asked the AME but nothing short of jogging around the answer. If anyone has a better AME in the KC area or even STL, please let me know. Thanks!

I think the AMEs have caught on that a majority of airlines are paying for the physicals. Im sure, now with this thread, the prices are going to get jacked up another 5-10%

Just NW of ATL - my AME has been charging $239 with EKG for several years. A bit out of line compared to others posted here.

That's not what capitalism is at all. What you meant is that it's called "the free market" however it's not all that free when there are so few suppliers.
