I know a handful of 3/11AM got called today to say hang in there, some were told phase 2 was complete and some were told it hasn't been passed along to the review board yet. 3/11 was told mid to late summer for a class date if accepted.

Well said. Based on my observation of the applicants, Im going to guess 90% are pro-union, and I think most people realize they have a lot to lose over the course of a 30-yr "at will" career. Obviously its speculation.
Food for thought for the new hires: the a321 is coming. Based on FOQA data, JetBlue would have had 4 tail strikes based on the way the current fleet is being flown. That's 8 terminations (4 ca, 4 fo) with a really hard time finding a new job. As far as I know, the rest of the legacies have had multiple tailstrikes in their a321 and 737-800/900 aircraft, and even some 757 models, and none have been terminated, just re-trained in the sim. Its your job. Protect it.

It's a good thing... Unless there's lots of bad names with arrows pointing to yours!
Your on the short list.
