Pull the Lat/Long off the Statue of Liberty Waypoint from the tabular text/legends section.

Create a pilot defined waypoint in your FMS box, call it whatever you want LADY, whatever floats your boat. Some pilots like to name the pilot created waypoints after female anatomy parts or their ex or some similar theme, prompting management to send emails about Rule 32 violations in the FMS database.

Or just look out the window, point nose of airplane at the statue and fly up the Hudson, buzz Yankee Stadium.

It's Rule34!

You're an Engineer on a 747, according to your profile (at least that's what I understand Second Officer to mean). 747s don't fly into LGA. Flying over The Lady shouldn't be a concern of yours. Either you're ISIS, planning another terror attack or your Virtual Airline is scheduling you wrong. Go talk to your Virtual Chief Pilot.

Yeah, as long as they don't move it or something. One day I was cleared for an Expressway Visual to 31 and the Maspeth tanks were gone! Almost had to ask for a vector, I tell 'ya...

If you cant see it and its due to whether don't except it. Will save you a lot of trouble in your life. Be a pilot.

Sorry buddy did not mean to come of harsh but what I meant by be a pilot is don't accept the visual to a point if you cant see it. Your the pilot don't accept something you don't have to. Ask for vectors.

Except if you feel like you can accept it.
