I agree with you, its not a dash anymore and its a different type of flying.

I do have a college degree,

And I have known a lot pilots with your attitude that unfortunately are no longer with us due to making poor judgment calls and know it all attitude.

I agree. I had a couple thousand RJ hours and transitioned to the Dash 8 - that was HARD! Then the Bus. Glad I had the RJ experience but it was still very different and challenging.
