I am not sure what you mean, I am thinking you are taking my demeanor wrong though. As the one comedian says you can't bring a mattress and a dead yak on board and think you'll get them in the over head to avoid paying the fee to check them. This seems to be the publics idea of dealing with the situation most times. The gate agents are so bent on getting the flight out on time that they won't take the time to properly handle their customer and their customers luggage. I don't fool myself into thinking that RAH is nothing more then hired lift. I treat the people that work for our code shares as our customers and the people we fly for them even better.

In the end I am just saying I am not sure where the problems with the 170 are. Its not 5% of my flights that get restricted and I am doing 40% 2.5 hr plus trips.

Which airline has the better procedures and why do I have to change how I do things? Why can't you just change.
