Well, if they're all on property now one would think that things should be settling down with the training . . . they have had what, 3 or so years of type intake to work out the quirks on that program?

The training program is okay if one can avoid long delays between segments of the program. Management claims a lack of SIM time. Right now, all the instructors that can fly the Ejet are flying the Ejet on the line.

Even instructors for the CA upgrade classes? Wouldn't that create a vicious cycle of CA shortages due to not getting your qualified FOs through the CA upgrade pipeline fast enough?

You obviously aren’t a Mesa Ejet Pilot. We already have an acute CA Ejet pilot shortage.

All 60 are in the OPS_SPECS, if that answers your question.

It doesn’t look like 60 is out on the line quite yet. Looks like the end of the month before it gets there. I have seen 59 on the line.

Currently in Mesa training started class on the 17th have liked everything I’ve seen so far about the training department what is the completion timeline from start to finish for the CRJ

If you're there, why don't you ask a member of the training department? Practice those CRM skills.
