10 April? Wow! For someone that is a troll with no knowledge, you suddenly have “inside knowledge.” You claim we have pairings with more than 4 hour sits and no hotel. Post the pairing number for April.
I can tell you Mesa will break the United contract without 300%. 300% ain’t going anywhere. They tried to reduce it to 200% last year and it failed miserably.

You have no clue. The company is so desperate for pilots, they will let them redo SIMs repeatedly. These pilots get to the line and they are “projects”.
If you have “facts” as of 4/1/2018, tell us your source. A DE violates their FAA certificate if they don’t fail a pilot attempting a checkride. No airline let’s someone quit if they fail an official FAA checkride. Plus, if you fail your checkride, you become a Mesa lifer.
I can see Mesa firing a pilot if he fails two FAA checkrides rather just than a SIM session.

Well apperantly Mesa is not that desperate, because I heard it and read it from the horse's mouth and read it from his letter of termination.
They would prefer to have a pilot the barely makes it through and on the line, than give them the extra couple sims to work the kinks out. Which would probably explain their high violation rate. And remember, if your FO mess up, you as Capt. You get violated as well.

Yep, both pilots get violated. It scares the hell out of me when we have pilots who are non-standard.

I will say this, those union members who pushed the contract that passed simply lied to us. I asked several questions about certain issues and of course it was all Unicorns and rainbows. After ratification, it was fly and grieve. I see Mesa having continued problems keeping and retaining good people in this pilot market while treating the exsisting pilots like indentured servants, but I know this is the “Mesa way”....

The pilot group saw an increase in pay and jumped at it. I get that. They don’t care if Mesa continues or dies. And, obviously, the training department management didn’t care about Mesa continuing or not either.
I am watching Mesa to see where things go. I hate the schedule they give me and that there is no flexibility for family. And, this won’t be fixed quickly because they can’t train pilots in a reasonable timeframe and there aren’t enough pilots per plane.
There are plenty of opportunities to leave. Leaving to another regional is a last resort. Republic made their big splash in coming to IAH, then explained it would take 5 years to hold CA at IAH. All regionals lie.
But, there are plenty of pilots here that want to get their hours in and move on to the majors. Many regionals only offer that at their junior bases and most of their junior bases are far from Texas.
